The seniors program at First Baptist Church is called Life After Fifty Five (LAFF).

June 13, Friday Westview Village Party

The LAFF members and Westview Village residents are invited to this party in the Westview Village  dining room. The program, Hymn Sing will began at 2:00 PM, followed with cake, ice cream, coffee and other beverages.

July 12, Saturday, 8:30 a.m. Sauk Center Amish Bus Tour

Jim Thompson of Kerkhoven will host a guided tour of the Sauk Center Amish Community. The tour will include 2 furniture stores, a quilt store, saw mill, harness shop and lunch at a restaurant in Osakis. Cost for the narrated tour and lunch will not exceed $30.00 per person. We are limited to about 22 people; a second tour will be considered if many more are interested in attending.

July 13, 20 & 27 Outdoor Summer Concerts

All LAFF members are encouraged to attend these concerts and volunteer to assist the serving      committee as our church is hosting the concert on the 20th.

August 19 Plymouth Playhouse, Peterson Bus Tour

Twenty seat have been reserved and more are available for departure from FBC at 9:00 AM,                 Tuesday, August 19. Church Basement Ladies 2, A Second Helping - The Church Basement Ladies are back with a brand new musical comedy built on the celebration of the church basement kitchen and the women who work there. Featuring four women and their relationships - as they      organize the food and solve the problems of a rural Minnesota church in the 1960’s. The price of $63 per person includes deluxe motor coach          transportation, meal, show & tour director
