The Early Childhood Ministry of FBC, First Steps, places great value on the children that come through our doors. We are dedicated to providing a safe and nurturing environment for children ages birth through three years old, where they can learn, by example, the love of Jesus. We desire to partner with parents to help their children take their “First Steps” toward a lifelong, joy-filled relationship with the Lord.

We provide childcare during Sunday morning worship services, various women’s bible studies, seasonal events, and other church organized events.

Currently our childcare wing is divided into two separate rooms.

• Nursery: infants through 2 years of age
• Wigglers: 2 through 3 years of age

We are constantly looking at our numbers and ready to make age/room adjustments as needed to ensure that the children are in developmentally appropriate environments. Safety is always a priority. To ensure the safety of the children we consistently require that all volunteers complete a reference check before they are scheduled to serve. You can be assured that your child is being cared for by loving Christ followers.
